Fire NOC applications, handled by the people who installed your systems
End-to-end support for Provisional and Occupancy Fire NOC applications across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh — documentation, site inspection preparation, and renewal tracking.
Two states, two departments, one point of contact
A Fire NOC (No Objection Certificate) confirms a building meets fire safety code requirements, and is generally required for commercial, industrial and multi-storey occupancies before they can be legally occupied. Because our two offices sit in different states, we handle both regulators directly rather than routing everything through a single generalist consultant:
| State | Governing Department |
|---|---|
| Telangana | Telangana State Disaster Response & Fire Services Department, with applications also reachable via the TG-iPASS single-window system |
| Andhra Pradesh | Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Response & Fire Services Department, with jurisdiction split between the Director General's office and District Fire Officers by building height |
How the process generally works
- Provisional NOC — applied for based on approved building plans, typically before or during construction.
- Site inspection — the department's inspection committee or District/Regional Fire Officer reviews the premises against submitted plans.
- Occupancy NOC — issued once the completed building and installed fire systems are verified to match what was approved.
- Renewal — NOCs are valid for a defined period and require periodic renewal, which we track for ongoing AMC clients.
What we handle for you

NOC processing timeframes and fees are set and periodically revised by each state's Fire Services Department, not by us — we'll give you the current, accurate figure for your specific application rather than a generic estimate.
