Why Elite Armor

Compliance is the deliverable, not an afterthought

Plenty of vendors will sell you a cylinder or a panel. Fewer will still be answering the phone when the Fire Department asks for your documentation.

IS-Compliant, Documented

Equipment and installations aligned with IS 15683 and NBC 2016, with test certificates handed over at closeout — not just installed and left.

One Team, Two Cities

A Head Office in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and a Branch Office in Old Guntur mean real on-site response in both cities — no subcontractor in between.

Fire NOC, Handled In-House

We prepare documentation and liaise with the Fire Department ourselves for Provisional and Occupancy NOC — not outsourced to a separate consultant.

24/7 Emergency Response

A tripped panel or a hydrant fault doesn't wait for business hours. Neither do we.

How We Work

From site visit to Fire NOC, in five stages

01

Consultation & Site Visit

We walk the property, understand the occupancy type, and scope what's actually required — not a generic package.

02

Fire Safety Audit

A structured inspection benchmarked against NBC 2016, with gaps documented and prioritised in writing.

03

Design & Installation

Alarm, sprinkler, hydrant and extinguisher systems designed for the building, installed by our own technicians.

04

Testing & Handover

Every system tested under load before handover, with certificates and an as-built layout provided.

05

Fire NOC & AMC

Support through the NOC application, then a scheduled AMC that keeps systems inspection-ready year round.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a Fire NOC, and does my building need one?
A Fire NOC (No Objection Certificate) is issued by the state Fire Services Department confirming a building meets fire safety code requirements. It's typically required for commercial, industrial and multi-storey occupancies, usually as a Provisional NOC during construction and an Occupancy NOC before the building is used, with periodic renewal after that. Our Fire NOC consultancy service covers both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
How often should fire extinguishers be inspected and refilled?
As a general rule: a visual check every month (pressure gauge, pin, hose), a professional service and refill annually, and a hydrostatic test on the cylinder at longer intervals as specified by the manufacturer and IS 15683. Exact schedules vary slightly by extinguisher type — see our refilling schedule guide for the full breakdown.
Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for fire systems?
Yes — AMC coverage is available across all seven service lines, from alarm panels to hydrant pump houses, with scheduled visits so your systems stay inspection-ready rather than being serviced only after something fails.
Can you handle everything from installation through to Fire NOC approval?
Yes, that end-to-end handling is the point of working with one team — design and installation, testing and handover documentation, then NOC application support, rather than coordinating three separate vendors.
Do you serve locations outside Hyderabad and Guntur?
Our two offices are based in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and Old Guntur, and we primarily serve those cities and their surrounding areas. For a project outside this range, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can cover it.
How soon can you visit for a free site survey?
Reach out through the contact form or call the office nearest you, and we'll confirm a site visit slot directly — most surveys are scheduled within a few working days.
